Short cuts/ How to use the site:

  • There's a lot of info so feel free to explore first.

  • If you decide you want to take part, you should go to the "check in" link so I can set your scale. I'll also know if you're participating or not.

  • Next click "Record Keeping"  to  print out your worksheet  to record your own workouts.

  • Report your progress weekly in the "Record Keeping link."

  • Click on the" Let's Go" link  for exercise suggestions.

  • Check the "Successes" links for award announcements for reaching your goals.

  • Feedback if you have anything you'd like to suggest or add.
